Sheet Audit ("the Service") provides automated analysis of uploaded spreadsheet files (.xlsx and .csv), including detection of formula errors, pattern inconsistencies, chart reference issues, and dependency analysis, along with an AI-generated summary of findings. This analysis is provided for informational and diagnostic purposes only.
Sheet Audit's automated checks are not exhaustive and cannot guarantee detection of every error, inconsistency, or risk in an uploaded file. The Service does not analyze pivot table internal logic, macro/VBA code content, or chart visual accuracy. You are solely responsible for independently verifying your spreadsheet's accuracy before relying on it for financial, business, or other decisions.
Uploaded files are sent over an encrypted connection to our server and analyzed there. The uploaded file is deleted from our servers as soon as the analysis finishes. We do not use your file's contents to train any AI model.
We keep the report from each analysis for 90 days and then delete it automatically. The report lists sheet names, cell references and a short description of each issue, and those descriptions can include numbers flagged in your file, such as an amount or an entry number. To write the short summary, a sample of the findings (not your file) is sent to a third-party AI service. Please do not upload files that you are not permitted to share.
The Service accepts .xlsx and .csv files up to 15MB. Macro-enabled files (.xlsm), legacy binary Excel files (.xls), and other file types are not supported and will be rejected, in part for security reasons — this Service does not execute any macro or embedded code contained in an uploaded file.
A summary and Model Health Score are provided free of charge. Detailed issue-by-issue results require a one-time payment as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the immediate, automated nature of the service delivered, payments are generally non-refundable once the detailed report has been unlocked.
The Model Health Score, AI-generated summary, and flagged issues reflect automated analysis of the specific file provided and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or professional advice of any kind.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheet Audit and its operator are not liable for any loss, damages, or decisions made based on use of the Service, including decisions made based on errors the Service failed to detect.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
